The adventure started when I filmed “Salt of the Earth”, a one hour documentary on a music tradition called Parang and fell in love with Trinidad, its people, its beauty and its smooth trinitario cocoa… it was only the beginning of more filming and then recently the creation of a chocolate brand that reflects my passion for intense and rich flavours.
The C Note Ltd is an artisan 72% dark chocolate made with single estate cocoa.
